Active personnel airlocks (air showers) enable personnel to be decontaminated before entering cleanrooms. The person is blasted with clean air from integrated air nozzles (v>20 m/s) and is thus cleaned. The particles dislodged from the person are vacuumed and filtered near ground level (recirculation system).

Kwang Air Shower Customized:
Chamber Material is stainless steel plate. The bottom floor adopts stainless steel plate.
It is equipped with G4 primary filter and H13 mini pleat HEPA Filter to ensure ideal air clean class.
The shower is activated by infrared induction. The various angle and adjustable SS nozzles are equipped on left and right side.
The low noise fan can generate air velocity of 20-25m/s on straight direction.
Air shower time: 0-99S, LCD time indicator adjustable and it is visible, and the system will remind by voice.
Power voltage: 110/220/380V, 50/60 Hz, automatic induction, friendly voice remind system.

The Air Shower Customized has a knock-down design that allows ease-of-installation and flexibility in use. The air shower can be shipped knowcked down or completely assembled. When it is shipped knock-down all parts fit through a standard door. All service to the blower, motor and filters is done from inside the air shower. The unit also offers an optional design that allows all the installation assembly to be done from inside the air shower.
