Control system: the most commonly used is the PLC / inverter / encoder set or IPM module integrated circuit board, domestic door enterprises use the control systems are mainly PLC / frequency converter / encoder.

Safety system: Mainly infrared eye switch, safety pressure sensor (some high mechanical precision control system enterprises use safe contact belt) or light screen system; light screen system should be the highest level of safety protection. This is a new way of control, the operation stop is not need to brake, dryness further down the bottom.

Working process: The opening sensor provided the trigger signal to the control system, the control system issued the instruction to the frequency converter according to the current position of the fast rolling door, started the drive motor to make the curtain rise rapidly, and the vehicle and pedestrians automatically fall through the rear curtain and closed the channel until the next opening signal is opened again. As the name suggests, the fast door lifting speed is very fast, can not directly start and stop like the steel shutter gate, generally need a frequency converter to control the speed of the motor. The faster the rise, the better, quickly in place (about 20cm) there needs to be a deceleration buffer stop process to prevent impact track, prevent clamping, reduce noise, which is also a standard to measure the performance of the fast roll door.
