Stainless Steel Standard Air Shower serve to protect your cleanroom environment from unwanted contamination. Air showers can greatly enhance your cleanrooms performance by removing surface contamination from clothing and cleanroom garments. Gowning/changing room areas are the interface between a dirty street clothes environment and a clean room environment. Unfortunately, the changing or gowning process itself releases contaminants from street clothes that can settle onto the clean garments. Air showers blow off and remove much of this contamination preventing it from entering the clean space.

- The Application And Principle Of Air Shower

Air shower used in microelectronics, optoelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, aerospace, automotive, printing, laboratory and dust-free workshop, ladder cleanliness workshop dust-free workshop, from low cleanliness in the process of the room into the room with high degree of cleanliness, removal of dust particles, so as not to enter the clean room with pollution.

Air is forced by the blower(s) through ULPA filter(s) which are 99.9995% efficient against particles of 0.3 microns.

Filtered air is ejected through nozzles at high velocities into the chamber. These turbulent air streams disperse particulate matter on all surfaces.

Dispersed particulate matter migrate with the air stream towards the lower areas in the air shower chamber. Air enters the blower supply plenum through pre-filter(s) installed at the base of the chamber.

The air is continuously filtered and recirculated. The air shower is a self-contained device and does not exchange air with the environment it is placed in.

- Kwang Stainless Steel Air Shower

Kwang Stainless Steel Standard Air Shower Designed with the dimension of 1400×2000×2100mm, the double person air shower room is actually composed by two single person products. The double person product and the single person product have no difference in function except for the applicable number of people and the volume. The material for interior and exterior body of the product is SUS304 stainless steel. The body of the product is equipped with multiple filters for getting excellent filtration effect. Users can also choose the product with high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA filter). There are total 24 nozzles with the mouth diameter of 30mm set on the two sides of the product. These nozzles can achieve air shower for two to four persons simultaneously.

Meanwhile, we can provide the air shower room with infrared sensor system and link the system with the doors of the product and clean room through the electronic interlocking device. When the working staff enters into the product, the infrared sensor system can sense that and start to work. After finishing the air shower, the other door can be opened automatically to allow the purified working staff entering into the clean room. In addition, we can also supply the product for >cargo air shower if customers have the needs.
