The KW-CB-V1 single person vertical Laminar flow clean bench has the air inlet on its top. The air is blown from top to bottom and can be filtered through primary, medium and high efficiency filtration. The product adopts the centrifugal fan with features of low noise and high air pressure. Its front windshield is the 5mm thick fully tempered glass. By using the plumb balance principle, the glass on the other side can achieve up and down movement freely and instant fixation for convenient operation. Meanwhile, the operational table is processed with novel punching.
Worksurface is optional, the clean bench can be ordered with a bottom open frame so it can be placed on worktable. It can be purchased with worksurface and mobile base stand.
Back Plenum provides air re-circulation reduces the percentage of dirty air passed through the filter, overall filter life is extended.
The standard HEPA final filter is 99.99% efficient at particles 0.3 micron and larger to meet the requirement of ISO 5, class 100 cleanrooms. Optional ULPA filters, 99.999% at particles 0.12 micron, are also available.
